Yes, we require a minimum stay of 28 days per Monroe County tourist laws.
Yes! We even have a special gated and turfed area for your furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee. Max 2 dogs.
Guest receives 100% refund (less CC processing fees) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Yes! Our boat lift holds 17k lbs and can be reserved for a $250 fee.
Yes, we have 30/50 amp service at dock and slide moors on pelican poles at dock.
